Scented tea production is a true art and involves many processes to achieve perfection. Each one is hand-made by rolling tippy, green tea into pearls then wrapping each pearl into paper to help maintain the shape. After wrapping and drying the tea is set aside until summer when the jasmine comes into season and it is scented seven times with fresh, aromatic jasmine flowers. Once infused the hand-rolled pearls open to reveal a beautiful ‘dragon’ – the fragrant flower hidden in the centre.

How to make the perfect cup
- Always use freshly drawn water.
- Use 2.5g loose tea.
- Water temp 80˚C
- Infuse 2-3mins.
- Serve without milk.
