Black teas with cherry & Persian rose. China Yunnan, Pu-erh, Rose Darjeeling FTGFOP1, rose and cherry. Inspired by the Ancient Tea trail from Yunnan, China to Tibet where Pu-erh Tea bricks were once traded for war horses. A well balanced cup, the cherry is slightly dominant in the nose with a beautiful rose fragrance dancing in the background. In the palate the vibrant sweet red cherry, rose and red plums compliment the long smooth woody finish.
How to make the perfect cup
- Always use freshly drawn water.
- Water temp 75-80˚C
- Infuse 2-3 mins.
- Serve without milk.
- Add sugar, honey or a slice of lemon to taste.
