Simple elegance. Our superior grade white silver needle tea is from the Fujian province in China. Considered a delicacy this tea is made from of fine plucking which only the buds are taken. The taste is sweet and vegetal, soothing on the palate with a long finish.
Harvest: late March to early April.
How to make the perfect cup
- Always use freshly drawn water
- Use 2.5g loose tea
- Water temp 75-80˚C
- Infuse 2-3 mins.
- Serve without milk.
- Add sugar, honey or a slice of lemon to taste.
