Our finest Earl Grey is a blend of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) black tea infused with the oil from the bergamot orange and decorated with vivid blue cornflower petals and golden marigold petals. A classic earl grey with its fragrant aroma and zesty flavour.
How to make the perfect cup
- Always use freshly drawn water.
- Water temp 100˚C
- Infuse 4-5 mins.
- Best served without milk.
- Add sugar, honey or a slice of lemon to taste.
